The Leipzig Opera promotes "More Summer" - we absolutely agree! Best way to start is having a breakfast in the sun. Just as if made for exactly that, our south-facing balcony provides views into the green surroundings.
In a villa in a very quiet residential area in the quarter Leipzig-Schleußig we offer a recently renovated, quiet and bright maisonette-apartment (82qm) under the roof.
You will sleep on the top level right under the roof in two bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 double in one room, two single beds in the other room).
On the lower level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, a bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine, a small extra toilet and a cosy living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa convertible to an extra place for sleeping.
In addition there is a sauna in the basement.

Families are welcome, if needed we can supply a cot or children's bed, some toys and books for children and a children's bike (suitable for 3-4 years old).
